Tråd: Firmware Upgrade HUAWEI E398 11.335.27.00.000 Debrand Vodafone K5005

Hi to all,

I'm from Italy and new in this forum and want to share this new firmware upgrade for the 4G LTE Huawei E398 stick.

This new firmware is NO-CUSTOM firmware, mean that if you want to upgrade your version in your E398 stick and it have any customized version (customized are firmware that ending with a number ...eg. Vodafone K5005 have version 11.335.21.20.11 see latest "11"), the upgrade process ask you for password upgrade (surf on web to calculate your via IMEI).

This version is E398_Update 11.335.27.00.000.B757

I've used this upgrade firmware to de-customize the Vodafone K5005 into a perfect HUAWEI E398.

Please if anyone have an original HUAWEI E398 or E392 (NOT CUSTOMIZED) please share the Mobile Partner files inside the stick, via any filehosting (mediafire or other) MANY THANKS smile

You can also upgrade your Mobile Partner with the v.23 version, but I don't like the new graphic interface, and for this reason I'm searching for the traditional Mobile Partner look version...

New fw, risk that modem stops working if used in routers.

If you want old firmware, look in the file part of this site.

Also there is no ned to debrand modems for me atleast as not selling them on the liks of eb ay.

Hallo....Risk that modem stops working ??? ...You can always restore back your customized firmware version (same speech for dashboard).

De-customized the stick it's much easier that the modem become compatible with a lot of 3g/4g router brand, instead to have it restricted.
I no need for old-firmware, I need for dashboard.....I do not make advertising.

This is for restore back your de-customized K5005 (E398) to Vodafone firmware....
